Tajee Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tajee platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a Tajee account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

Before you read the full terms below, here are the six things that matter most to every Tajee player.

Age Verification

Tajee is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is part of the registration process and Tajee reserves the right to request additional proof at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one Tajee account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If Tajee detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Tajee login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Tajee will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Tajee are processed through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment method used for deposit must match the method used for withdrawal. Tajee does not accept third-party payments on behalf of players.

Bonus Terms

Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Tajee.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Tajee platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Tajee players regardless of how they access the platform — via browser, mobile app, or any other method.

Eligibility

To open and use a Tajee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Tajee employee or contractor.
  • You must not have previously had a Tajee account closed for rule violations.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Tajee reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one Tajee account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tajee account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Tajee support immediately at [email protected].

Tajee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to our support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Tajee processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment channels on the platform. Tajee does not accept bank transfers, cash deposits, or payments made through third-party agents.

The mobile banking account used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your Tajee account. Tajee does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to other people, and withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking number used for the most recent deposit.

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Tajee account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
  • Deposits reflect in your Tajee wallet within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile banking app.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes under normal operating conditions.
  • Tajee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Tajee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Tajee may request additional verification before processing the transaction.

All Tajee transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Your financial details are never stored on Tajee servers in plain text.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on Tajee are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when the platform displays a confirmation message and the stake has been deducted from your wallet balance. Tajee does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on Tajee. These limits are displayed within each game interface before you place a bet. Tajee reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

All game outcomes on Tajee are determined by a certified random number generator. Results are generated before betting closes and cannot be altered after the fact. Tajee publishes verification data for all game rounds so players can independently confirm any result.

  • Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
  • Bets placed after a game round has closed will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.
  • In the event of a technical error that affects a game result, Tajee reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes.
  • Winnings from voided bets are not paid out. Only the original stake is returned.

Tajee offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all Tajee promotions unless stated otherwise:

  • Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
  • Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per device.

  • Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Tajee platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Tajee account.
  • Engaging in money laundering or using the Tajee platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
  • Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Tajee staff or other players.

Tajee actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct. Suspicious activity is reviewed by the Tajee compliance team and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

Tajee will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account during their exclusion period. If you attempt to register a new account while under self-exclusion, the account will be closed and any deposits returned.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tajee platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Tajee or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Tajee content without prior written permission.

Your Tajee account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Tajee platform.

Limitation of Liability

Tajee provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While the team works hard to maintain uptime and performance, Tajee does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Tajee is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tajee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tajee is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

Tajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Tajee aims to complete investigations within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player cannot access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

If an investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, Tajee may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance in accordance with the nature of the violation. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Tajee support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account after standard verification checks.

Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not returned upon account closure, whether voluntary or otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Tajee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Tajee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
